Bulk billing generally applies to children 15 and under, those 65 and over that hold a valid concession card (those 65 and over without concession will be privately billed), DVA GOLD CARDS (white cards are eligible to be bulk billed for approved conditions only), Pension concession cards and healthcare concession cards.

Dr. Sheela Prabhakar provides bulk billing services for children aged 15 and under, as well as for individuals over 65 with a valid concession card. However, she doesn't offer bulk billing for healthcare card holders aged between 16 and 65.

Dr. Robert Allen only bulk bills patients aged 15 and under. For everyone else, private billing applies.
